The word brings you to a place where you know how to worship and go out and witness. He called us with His Word by His Word to South Africa. The verses He used were 2 Timothy 2:2 You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.” There’s a generational thing to going and teaching. They were encouraged to tell their children and pass it down through the generations.

We need to know the Word, and know that He’s got a plan and He’s going to follow through. Faith is very important because the Bible says. “In the last days, will He find faith on the earth?” If I asked you for a Biblical definition of faith, what would it be? Hebrews says faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things unseen (Hebrews 11:1). Our faith is based on the hope that Jesus is coming back. We have to hold on to that hope. Romans 10:17 “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.”

Paul’s stuck in jail, but the words that he says are amazing if you think of the context. He says he’s a servant of Jesus Christ. He willfully gives up his will that he might have His will. He refers to the followers in Philippi as saints which means “set apart one.” Anyone who’s a saint has been called, set apart, and kept by Jesus (Jude 1:1). There’s going to be days where the enemy tells you not to feel like a saint, but that doesn’t take away what Jesus has done for us. If you’re a saint, you’re a saint, bottom line. (Philippians 1:1-2)
